Returns & Warranty

We want shopping at ProDesk to be completely risk-free. As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, and every product is covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity. This page explains how returns and warranty claims work and the rights guaranteed to you by law.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period by email at info@prodesk.lt or by phone at +370 678 40337. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough — no explanation is required.

Return Conditions

Returned goods should be unused and undamaged, retaining their original appearance. Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging together with all accessories and components.

You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. Damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage or unauthorised modification is not covered by the right to return.

How to Return an Item

First, get in touch with us by email at info@prodesk.lt or by phone at +370 678 40337 (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00), quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.

Pack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging — so that it is protected in transit. Please take extra care when packing bulky goods such as desks and frames.

We'll agree on the most convenient return method with you and arrange the pickup or return of the item. Bulky goods cannot be sent via a parcel locker, so for those we use courier pickup or pickup in Vilnius.

Refunds

We refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used to pay — to your Paysera or Montonio account, by bank transfer, or to your payment card via our payment provider. We don't charge any fee for returns.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of you notifying us of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

2-Year Guarantee of Conformity

Every product is covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity. Under EU and Lithuanian consumer law, the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery.

To make a claim, contact us at info@prodesk.lt or +370 678 40337, quote your order number and describe the problem; we will repair, replace or refund as provided by law. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or normal wear and tear.

Your Rights & Dispute Resolution

These terms never limit the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may refer it to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
