Delivery & Payment

You can collect your order from a parcel locker, have it delivered to your door by courier, or pick it up yourself at our collection point in Vilnius.

Parcel locker delivery (Omniva, LP Express or DPD) costs €2.99. It's the most convenient option for smaller items and accessories.

Courier delivery to your door (Venipak or DPD) costs €4.99. The courier brings your parcel to the address you provide.

Pickup in Vilnius is free. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you by email and arrange a convenient collection time.

On orders from €99 we cover the delivery cost. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart total reaches €99 or more.

In that case your chosen delivery method — parcel locker or courier — costs you nothing extra.

We usually deliver orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination region. We'll keep you updated by email, and where a tracking number is available you can follow your parcel in the carrier's system.

Bulky goods — height-adjustable desks and their frames — cannot be sent to a parcel locker because of their size and weight.

These items are delivered by courier to your door only, or you can collect them at our point in Vilnius. The system will offer the appropriate method automatically during checkout.

You can pay for your order via Paysera, Montonio, payment card (through Stripe) or bank transfer. Choose whatever is most convenient for you.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, so your card details never reach our servers and are never stored by us.

We begin preparing your order once payment is confirmed. An invoice is issued for every purchase.

All products are covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity: as the seller, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, in line with EU and Lithuanian consumer law.

As a consumer, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
